June 2018: My Mental Health & A New Project

On June 15th I hit my lowest point. I’ve been through a lot in my meagre 20 years of living but nothing has ever compared to how I felt on this day. It’s not been one set thing which had put me into this deep, dark place; it’s been a few things constantly gnawing at me and because it’s more than one thing it’s not been something I can just fix or cut out of my life. It’s also meant there’s been no space to breathe or have a break so for 6 months I’ve been in a constant state of stress and anxiety. That’s why the decline in my mental health is the worst to date, because I’ve not been able to breathe for 6 months. It’s been a lot to say the least.

With that said I am getting the right help for my mental health. I went to the Dr and explained I’m incredibly unhappy on my current medication and so I’m currently coming off it and then will be starting something new in 2-4 weeks. This means I may be quiet in the upcoming weeks on my social media because I may be needing time to adjust to the new medications.

But for every storm there is a rainbow and that is the case with my recent struggles. Yes they’ve been hard to deal but it’s going to mean I’m happier and a lot more clear headed in the future. It’s also been the start of a whole new project for me which I can’t reveal too much about but it’s all very exciting. A lot of hard work is going into this new project; a lot! I’m putting a lot of time, effort, consideration and love into my new venture in the hope of creating something fun for myself and you guys too. I’m slowly building my empire and over the next 13 months I’ll be showing you little glimpses into the legacy I’m creating. I can’t wait for you all to see.

In the meantime I’m taking a break from blogging just until the end of the month, whilst I continue to find my feet again without the brain fog of Mirtazapine. Thank you all for your love and support, I am so grateful and blessed. The best is yet to come!
